hey, i'm not like a dietician or anything but i've heard alot about our bodies going into starvation mode/fat storing mode when we don't get in enough calories the body needs for basic living. apparently you must always consume at least 1200 calories. it makes losing weight a bit slower but the chances of keeping off the weight will be greater. i'm not completely sure how it works when you add exercise. like if you need to eat even more then. i'll try and find out. but if i eat more than 1200 i tend to pick up weight.

Thank you I do appreciate and it makes complete sense. I will attempt to consume the 1200 calories I think I am just being over ambitious. :-) Might explain why I picked up the weight again.
