Honestly, yes, lol! I used to do that to every year. This year I'm doing it differently. I'm planning and measuring and staying on my plan. I'm going to get in a lot of activity in the morning to burn off calories. I'm gonna have a high protein breakfast. I'm gonna eat the foods I love and don't have often, and the foods I don't care about will skip. It's easier when you are cooking or it's your own home. When you go to someone else's house, it's harder. The problem with binging is many people figure they gained, Christmas is coming, so they figure they will start over after new years. By then, you may be a lot heavier. It really depends on the person. I would enjoy myself, get some activity and not eat till you feel sick. Do the best you can and get right back on track. This is not an easy time of year.
