Wow. That was quite a swing in one day. Yesterday I weighed heavier than I really am, for whatever reason - fluid retention, most likely, but why was the fluid being retained? Who knows. I really need to get that fancy scale so I stop speculating so much.

Anyway, I started on my new push to get to my goal. I'm employing more math than I ever have, and the initial weigh-in feels pretty good. However, it totally screws up my model :). I'm now 3 pounds lighter than expected on day 2... Will tomorrow be an up-correction? Or is this my true weight. Oh well, time will tell. Just enjoy the win today!
