Well the weekend has come and gone and I did a great job of not recording what I ate for the last 3 days. I know I ate more then I normally eat as we had fish and chips Friday night and then pizza on Saturday night. But I did go for a run on Friday with my coworker and for some reason I had it in my head that I wanted to see if I could run 3 km in under 20 minutes and I did! That's a personal best for me! On Saturday, we were at the farm helping out my parents. I didn't think we'd be there are day but we were! I threw hay down and my husband stacked it. I cleaned some of the calf pens out and then we cleaned the truck out and fixed the truck ridge poles and there were a whole lot of little things too! Next thing we knew it was chore time! Sunday was cleaning the house and we did some cooking and now the weekend is gone and back to work. Did not feel like running but I did manage to go out and do 2.25 km in 15 minutes. The wind is strong today, it actually took my breath away at times. And it's cold today, 32F!

Lol! Just tell me when and where! Love moving hay in the winter time. Gives me a good workout minus the sticky weather!
