Day 2 of Soy trial--I feel fine, but I can probably go soy-less and I wouldn't mind--although did enjoy some sashimi with gluten-free soy sauce today, yum! Dark and rainy today but I am hanging in there...as long as weight is coming off slowly but surely, there is joy to be found. I was dreaming about seeing the 170s today-I don't want to get too excited yet but I believe I can do it!!
