Yesterday was a bad food day. A really bad food day. Does anyone else get obsessed with on certain food and it is all you want to eat? I've had this my entire adult life. I'm not talking about cravings, I get those too. This is when I become completely obsessed with one certain food. It becomes my entire focus and no matter how much I eat of it or anything else I can't stop the WANT. I crave the flavor, texture, the smell...all of it. I can eat it until I'ms sick to my stomach and I still want more. These obsessions aren't constant. I just wake up obsessed one day, it last any where from a week to a month, and then just like that it's gone. Some of my recent obsessions: mangoes, orange juice, Lays BBQ potato chips in the black bag, kettle chips and Fritos mild cheddar dip in the can, etc. Right now it is a whipped cheesecake they sell in the Wal-Mart bakery. It's all I want to eat and I cant stop thinking about it. Last night I bought and ate 2 of them. Hoping that if I made myself sick to my stomach it would kill the want/need for more. It didn't work. I still want it. I can't stop thinking about it.
