So today I will attempt to jog on my lunch break, I have an injury but by logging my intake I am able to see my calorie intake is creeping up slowly. By adding exercise, I am hoping to taper off my intake; the thought behind it is; it is so not worth it to eat it, if I have to jog this long to rid myself of a few calories... Hopefully it will work....
