I keep working out every day (just random 30 min work outs). I really enjoyed tabata hip hop and barre ones. And do yoga every other day. I only do work outs which I enjoy. I don’t like the idea “if you hate it then it’s working”. Any work out is working, and chose the ones that I enjoy. It doesn’t mean they are not challenging. If you love it is also working.

I love this so much ima screenshot it and put it in my 'inspiration and aspiration' quotes folder. You're so right! The one glitch I see: how could anyone enjoy barre 😁😆😜😋 I've only ever heard it referred to as 'punishment self-inflicted by white women' haha!

😂 yes barre is quite a horrible thing tbh. But in the past I did ballet and folk dancing. (Almost 10 years of my life) so I guess some barre moves are not that unknown or complicated for me. I think it’s the only reason I tolerate it quite well 😂
