I am committed now to trying my best, one day at a time. I have a couple of goals for myself-
1) Post a journal at least 5 days a week 2) Record all food in the food journal 3) Excercise at least 4 times a week for 30 minutes 4) Drink only water and milk
I am hoping to be more successful because I have reached the breaking point and have seen success over the last 2 weeks having been better about food intake. Results=motivation!!! Wish me luck as I begin this adventure again!
Today I set my 2009 goals after revisiting my 2008 goals. It is always fun to look back and see how much I have accomplished and start planning for where I want to be at the end of the year. For now, with weight I hope to lose 1 pound a week for the first month. That is the goal for right now. Under 170 pounds by February 1st. Strategic, measureable, attainable, reasonable, timely. I can do this!
