I missed breakfast this morning being so busy with my twins, but I feel good about how much I exercised yesterday. I'm going to call my in-laws to see if they would watch the boys for a couple hours so I can make it to the gym today. I want to hit the gym on Mondays and Fridays- Right before the weekend to remind myself to stay on track, and once right after to remind myself to be good during the week. We have an elliptical machine at home that we can use so I want to utilize that the other couple days a week I exercise along with turbo jam. Love that DVD! So much fun!
