Well, I've cut calories down to about 1100 a day on a high day. I've become a lot more intuitive about calories by counting for so long, which is good, but on the bad side I've fallen a bit out of habit of officially counting. I intend to pick back up again because I think when I count I tend to pay more attention to how healthy I'm generally eating. (For some reason it's embarassing if you aren't recording veggies on a fatsecret counter! ha ha!)
