I am feeling satisfied with my efforts. I am consciously entering my food. I am trying not to get frustrated with not being able to enter your own ingredients...because some items are not correct. I just have to shake that part off. In the end it will not matter. It's more important to keep going and stay focus on the goal. Which is to get my endurance up, my lungs off oxygen therapy, and to slim down. I am happy this is my 4th day and I have not cheated on myself.
