1000 calories for dinner, this is my first bad day since I started 12 days ago..... I made many mistakes today including skipping breakfast, getting stressed at work and snacking on office junk..... pffft

I had my first bad day yesterdaytoo, a huge Biscoff cup cake. You’ve got to have days when you have a break. Every day is a new day to start a fresh

At least you counted them. You could try to get it back in the next couple of days. Get back into the habit of sharing your pics too! I love to see what everyone is eating!

Surely you can eat 1000 for dinner if coupled with no breakfast and a light lunch. Not the end of the world

I agree with Hodge. Have treats like fish and chips and have fruit for breakfast and a salad. Most weeks I have a fish from the fish shop . Just count it
