It's amazing, if you weigh after a workout the difference it makes?
I decided to weigh first thing in the morning and my coach said not to pay atttention the scale right now.
I know it is not about the weight, It's about a healthy lifestyle, but it is so hard to keep that into perspective when I have had that stigma over my head for so many years now. It's weird.
I definetly look smaller and my clothes fit better and I weigh a little more and I still feel strange. I guess I just don't "get It" yet. I know I will eventually. :)
