Late night exercising and eating last night. I was way short of my protein target, so I downed a protein shake before bed. I really need to be focused on getting my macros in before 7 pm. It's not good to be putting so many calories in at a time of day when I am not going to be very active.
If I can get my exercise and macros in before 9 pm tonight (which would still be later than I want), I should see a significant weight drop tomorrow morning.
