Well, I get to start 2014 with a big gain! Hopefully some of that is water. I'm hoping to get back to the mental state I was in a 18 months ago, lose a pound or two per week, eat the right things, exercise more. Time to add walking/jogging to the mix, I have two Collies that need that as well. Also keeping up the dance HIT aerobics, weights, and get my butt back in the saddle more often. None of this is hard! Also time to get my artwork moving again. Working from home was awesome, would love to do that again. Only I can make that happen! Hope everyone here finds 2014 their best year ever!
