12 days off diet, no real exercise, on TOM, and up a little less than a pound. I'm okay with this.
Like I previously mentioned, spent time with my parents and brother (just the four of us) for Thanksbirthmas (Thanksgiving, my birthday and Christmas all rolled into one as my Dad is a postal carrier, and won't have any time off...well, until the new year). While I didn't quite manage to track everything, I tracked most of it (had a few off days), and I stuck to proper portions (for the most part). When the point came where pizza was ordered for the third time during my visit, I politely declined and opted for some leftover turkey and a bit of mashed potatoes (let's be honest, I can order pizza anytime. Mom's home cooking isn't an option nearly as often).
I got home late yesterday, and I will be getting back into the swing of good habits this week. I debated over weighing in today or giving myself a week to recalibrate, but ultimately decided that knowing how far off target I was would be good motivation.
I hope whatever you did over Thanksgiving was safe and fulfilling.
