Today is Day 2 of Phase III, day 32 total for me and I am finally able to start working out again. I just got done riding the bike for 40 minutes and it felt great! I pushed myself since it has been so long. I am so happy that my back is better and I am able to do some exercising. I have 4 days left before I get to weigh in again and I am going to bust my butt to loose some more! I know that working out helps me loose faster so I am going to push myself to do it and loose at least a few more pounds. We leave next Tuesday for vacation and it is going to be hard to work out then, but we will be doing a lot of walking so that should help! I am so stoked that I am able to work out with out being in pain, :-) it feels good! I still feel really good about things, but I do feel that I have not lost anymore and I want to get to my goal before May....me and my husband are going to be going to Mexico with our coed softball team and the women are all skinny and fit....I want to look good also! So that is my goal, I would like to be at my 145 if not more by May....wish me luck, I have some making up time to do!
