3.8 lbs in 4 days? I guess I really was over eating. I know this will be the last time I will lose that much in such a short period of time, but it does reinforce the fact that I have been over eating even if I was eating healthy. I have been satisfied with my meals as well, last nights Indian Butter Chicken was incredible.
