Just an update about the Paul McKenna approach. I think it is working. Just something as simple as chewing very very slowly and putting down your fork in between bites and then concentrating on getting the full signal from the brain is very effective. Before I would eat a sandwich and maybe some chips for lunch and finish it all. Now doing the slow chewing method, I find that I am leaving half the sandwich and half the chips on my plate and am full and satisfied. The best part of this whole thing is that he says to eat what you want not what you think you should. I'll keep giving updates but I feel very positive about this.
