Feeling lousy this morning: I think my sinus infection is back and I'm pretty sure I've got a UTI. AND Nora was up all night again. I didn't get up to workout, so I'll have to do it before bed, not my favorite time. But getting it done at the wrong time is better than not getting it done at all.

We see the counselor today again, so that will either make things better or worse. I never know which. I just have to keep telling myself that whatever happens in my marriage has nothing at all to do with what happens in my body. Only I can control that. Sad does not have to equal fat.
