I DON'T want to feel guilty if I don't work out today and choosing to do some exercise is for healthy, positive and beneficial reasons; even a little activity helps.
I felt I did a good workout yesterday. One that was suitable for a beginner. Now I'm wandering whether I should rest up...but I'm not sore. So, I will go and do something...different from yesterdays yoga. I'll stop if I do feel sore.
I even had water not long ago. I DREAD having to find a loo if I leave home; also I wonder if I may need to use one often. What's the worst that can happen? I have an idea...
