Sweet! I did go for a short walk yesterday, about 25 minutes and I'm feeling it a little today in my muscles. I'll add some ibuprofen, a lot of fluid and another walk today, I think. It's only 48 this morning (brr!) so I'm not going until later when the sun is up. I have plain chicken wings and salad for today.
Crunch week for month-end and I need to schedule some more presentations I think for the next week or 2. I need to check with my VP to see if she wants to do that or just direct people to the recorded ones we already have. Hate having people start new guidelines that have no idea what they're doing. Makes me twitch lol.
