I just had a great workout. I feel great...tired but great! :) I know Im losing fast I can see it and I feel it. I can't weigh in to find out how much I weigh on Tue. I had a small portion meal earlier and I had some healthy sides but I ended up being full without the sides so I know my body is adjusting great. I still crave sweets and I find it very hard to resist grabbing a candy bar or adding a lot of sugar to my coffee but I have done great so far. (Feeling Fantastic)
