I am apparently at a stump and I really don't know why! I cut out coffee this morning, so I'm really hoping this helps! I love my coffee with extra extra cream & sugar, that's something I've tried to change but figured to cut it out all together to see what happens. I've stepped up my walks to 3 miles a day starting today. I plan on jogging eventually, but this frigid weather is no help! Watching the inauguration while I type this, so amazing I'm in tears! Go OBAMA! :)

You have very little to lose and your starting weight is already low. If you are already in a healthy weight range for your height and body type, it may take hard work and patience to get it off. Make sure you get enough protein throughout the day and exercise will probably make a big difference. You can help change your body composition by adding in some strength training a few times a week. Just keep changing things up till you find what works. Good luck!
