I'm baaaccckkkk! This time I have a "real world" friend in addition to "virtual" friends on here and am hoping that will be the push I need to stick with it this time. A year ago I lost about 17 lbs but then had a string of stressful months and gained it all back and then some. I spent my 30s feeling fat and I really don't want to spend all of my 40s feeling that way too. I am looking forward to feeling better, looking better and wearing all the clothes in the closet again :-).
