Starting to falter. Restless and opening the fridge one hundred times a day. Good thing I haven't got anything tempting to eat! I'm afraid to buy groceries. The psychology of this is really interesting - and my self-sabotage is reflected in my lose a few-gain a few chart. Must find some motivation. Perhaps this weekend I need to stand naked in a three way mirror trying on clothes. That's always a reality check!

Fill that fridge with some fruit & veggies. So everytime you open it take a nibble. Fruits & veggies are always good to eat.
