Got the mammo done. Will be having a physical this summer since I am now 45 years young. Curious what my cholesterol etc will be. Walked last night and did a few reps (2 reps of 20) on our weight machine. Read somewhere I need to work the muscles since we slowly start to lose them as we age. Want to be physically fit and as healthy as I can be as I age. Really hoping to get my weight into the 150's, seems I get stuck at a number for a long time... Going to continue to walk/run on the treadmill and lift weights. Can't wait for warm weather to get outside and walk! Spring cannot come fast enough for me.
