@Hazel I start last year in June and I've lost just under 20kg now. I started with just calorie counting keeping it under 1300 then I moved to OMAD when I started working full time again. It is easier for me to not eat than worry about everything I'm eating. Once I got use to that I started running and moved to two meals a day and I now don't eat carbs Mon - Thurs. When I say carbs I mean the basic ones bread, pasta and potatoes. When ever my body got use to what I was doing I changed it up. I focused on what I know I can manage like giving up cooldrink and carbs but wasn't too hard on myself on the things I love in the world like sugar!
