Bloody hell. Didn't lose a bit. I stayed between 1200 to 1500 calories. But I can tell I didn't lose, didn't need the scale. And then I had a big brunch, but I'll have a teeny supper. Bought apples, and I'm making one point muffins. Bloody hell. Its the new numbers - its a conspiracy to keep me from reaching new numbers. I will overcome!
