I'm a week in to school, trying to figure out the best ways to squeeze in exercise. So far, I've gotten in 30 minutes of cardio at least 3 times this week, and I've been pretty good on the calories. This year I wanted to work on incorporating more fruits and veggies, which is very hard due to my sensitivity to textures. This week, however, I tried dried mango and apricots. The mango was much like a fruit leather, and was tasty. I wasn't too big of a fan of apricots.
This week, I want to try giving up sodas for at least a month to see if carbonation is affecting me. My weight loss has been very slow these last few months, and so I want to change something up. But don't get the wrong impression. I am not a soda fiend. I actually cut waaaaay back last year because I used to drink 1-2 a day, but now I have less than one a day and often go days with out one. I will continue to bring my water bottle to school, which was a great habit I developed last year. Its also eco friendly!
