Lost 1 lb this week - right on target.

To achieve this, I added 2 hours of dancing Friday night and plan to add more dancing. We dance Tues, Wed, & Fri nights. If I dancing to my weekly schedule, I will be happier and get the exercise I need to trim the weight in the right areas.

Also, working really hard to keep the calories to 1600/day with fat calories close to 500/day.

Using the above calorie to fat calorie ratio has worked for me years ago after the birth of my first child. It takes time for the weight to fall off, but when it does (about 6 weeks), it then begins to fall off quickly.

Also, I have trouble with cellulite and counting calories/fat calories works on the cellulite.

Writing is this journal helps to keep me focused.
