It's cold today! -20c with a windchill of -30c! And windy! So, we've come up with an alternate plan today and that's to do a Jillian Michaels workout. We're going to hide in a storage room and do it! I'll be sore for days (don't do videos very often!).

Anyway that is the plan! If it works, might have to do it tomorrow too as the weather is staying the same over the next few days!

Workout in the storage room, that could be interesting! At least you're doing something. It will be spring eventually. :)

I'm glad to report that it worked! We will be trying that again! And it was a good laugh too! So proud of ourselves for doing a Jillian Michaels! It was level one of 30 day shred! My thighs are a bit shaky and my triceps are sore. The worst part is that we didn't even use weights!
