8 down and 3 to go to be back to the pre-vacation weight....in 5 days!!! To me that confirms it was in large part due to water retention. I am totally back on track! Got my mind right. No eyeballing portions-weighing everything! Planning menus the day before. Balancing the amount of calories burned to eaten. I think I have found it. A couple of goals for this year...do a 5K AND start taking a zumba class. Better get after it..... :)
