I doubled my total carbs yesterday just by eating one tortilla. It had 19 total carbs and 6 net carbs but I will not be doing that again! I still kept my net carbs pretty low, but wow! Just made creamed cauliflower for the first time and it was so much better than I expected!

Instead of tortillas, try Joseph's Lavish Bread. Only 4 net carbs. I've seen them at all of my local grocery stores.

Those dang tortilla shells. They're so skinny. The problem is, you won't be for long if you start choking those down. :)
