Ingredients .
4 X thin lean round bacon
3 X egg whites
10 olives stuffed
Cottage cheese
Sauerkraut
Methode .
You first cook your lean bacon in a non stick frying pan ,
After the bacon is cooked you separat te eggs an add it toe you bacon in the pan and cook till the eg is don ,
Filling .
Sauerkraut 50 g
Olives 10 green stuffed (hot chilli paste ) olives
Cottage cheese 20 g
Platting .
Put the bacon and egg wrap on a plate
Spread the cottage cheese on to the bacon and egg wrap then you make a sausage with the sauerkraut close to the edge of the wrap add your stuffed olive an roll it in to a twister and enjoy
( You can add fresh basil , fresh parsley , fresh origanum , crust garlic , and fresh rosemary )
