It seems there is one problem after another, and I feel so stressed. I know it doesn't help solving problems, but it is hard to control emotions...
When there is stress, it is good to do workout, sweat, and forget about problems! (just for a while, at least.) The DVD I used today used to be easy, but it was hard today! It shows how much I had neglected exercise for the last...six months! I need to get back my good lifestyle!
This week's goal: do workout five days! so, three more to go by Sunday.
