Have decided to use the Fat Secret food log - because I probably don't realise (or do not want to realise) how many calories I eat on a non fasting day. I have been having a good slug of 1% milk in my decaff coffee during the day. I see, having filled in the log today, that is probably more than 300 calories. I will buy some non fat milk (I thought that was what I was drinking but just noticed the 1% on the bottle) and cut down the amount I drink. Tea would be the answer (I drink rooibos, non caffeine tea) which I do like, but it just doesn't fill the hole like a coffee with a splash of milk and a sweetener. I will also log my exercise. Walking the dog every day must be using up some calories! Hey ho. Onwards and upwards...
