Oh yes. This describes my day today PERFECTLY. I get like that more often than not, not logging after a certain time of the day because I don't want to see my budget move into the red. It's like a big loud buzzer goes off.

Don't be embarrassed of listing everything. It's much better to have a huge list here with a 200% RDI than having like 100% on the list, and having eaten much more calories. This results in not having control of the information :)

So what, it's one lousy day. You are right that tomorrow starts fresh. I have found that getting to the root cause of why I went over when I do is more important than being bummed that I did. Sometimes it's because I went out. Other times, it's because of having friends over. Other times, I just had a stessy day. Figuring out the root cause helps me to be better equipped to handle it the next time. :)
