Tim Huffman's Notizen, 02 Feb 14

I was feeling a little out of sorts yesterday but made it to the gym and had an awesome workout. I banged out some circuit weight training and put in an hour on the treadmill at 6mph.

The scale this morning was flat week over week, probably from traveling and changing my fast day. Today I plan a low carb day along with another strong gym effort. Tomorrow is weigh in day and I hope I can keep my 2 lbs per week streak going.

Thanks Bill, what I lack in knowledge, I try to make up in effort. I know I have to weigh in tomorrow morning so I'm doing what I can to keep things moving in the right direction. Congrats on the program running this evening, I'll see if we get it here.
