It’s only the slightest movement but it’s still a win! I’m definitely at a plateau so time to change things up to get thr last 5-7 lbs off. Then I’m in maintenance!!!! I can’t even believe it. The road to getting 33 lbs off has been so much harder than I ever could have expected and it just gives me that much more respect for those who have to lose so much more. Your determination and commitment is amazing!! So inspiring!! I truly couldn’t have done it without this amazing community. 😭😭😭
