Another good cardio workout this morning with 15 min warmup on the Elliptical and a 2 mile run on the treadmill in 17:36. Didn't have much time this morning since I had to get out the door to take my youngest son to his schools Cross-Country practice. Looks like I'll need to start before 6am to get all my routines completed on time for Wed/Thurs.
