Shelly, you started this year off well, let's see if you can keep that momentum going. My weight doctor told me we have a mental weight barrier in our brain that we have to break through to get to a permanent and sustained weight loss. We have to find it and break through (I am paraphrasing what she said, she used more technical terms but I’m just like things simple in my life.) Let’s breakthrough together. Mine is the 185-pound mark. I pledged this year, I won’t stop until I breakthrough and maintain the breakthrough for at least a month. Come with me on the journey?
