I got another good morning of cardio workout in with 3 miles on the Treadmill and Shoulders/Biceps/Triceps with weights too. Making good steady progress towards building my daily exercise routine and good eating habits again. I do need to finish my current Keg of Beer so I can go atleast a month of no drinking beer (Hopefully by Feb).
