hey guys! I've been working really hard staying under my calories. not going to lie I was sore waking up this morning! today I did 30 minute workout. and 15 minute bike ride. and a deep stretch. I'll be treating myself to an Epson bath tonight! I'm feeling really good about myself and I feel like I've already made progress! I think through the weekend I'll be able to make even more progress and be able to go pretty hard on my first practice! I thought I wasn't going to make it and this little time but I've actually been really proud of myself. thank you again for all your support! I'll check in later!
