If I eat with chopsticks I eat slower and get full faster. I’ll end up munching on this til it’s almost lunch time. Slightly bigger meal than normal for breakfast, but I’m counting on munching on it for awhile while I’m working. 😊

I really recommend it! I bought a bunch from Walmart not long ago and it’s helped me a little bit at least. I always eat fast and am always hungry so the longer I munch or at least am visually filling myself by appearance, it’s helping a bit. 😊 let me know if it helps you!!

There was a girl in college who tried that. She would even eat green peas with chopsticks. She lost a noticeable amount of weight. Good trick!

It takes about 15 minutes for your body to recognize FULL. Most people are done eating before the FULL light comes on. And so the overeating journey starts. Once your stomached is used to being blown up like a balloon all the time it begins to accept that state as FULL and you continue to feel hungry unless stuffed. Vicious cycle..

Great idea with the chop sticks - and Kenna you are so right with the "full light" and timing... both methods are great points to keep in mind on this adventure.

this a really good Idea for certain foods. as a really fast eater I would definitely want to try!

Just put your fork down, chew your food till it is no longer WHOLE and swallow. Food needs to be well moistened with saliva to start the enzymic digestion of what you are eating.
