Came home from work today, worked out and was SO hungry afterwards I DEVOURED supper. Ate WAY more then i should have. Lunch was bad too since I forgot to pack a lunch! I' just going to label today as a bad day lol. Tomorrow will be better. On the pus side, I'm really enjoying the Zumba workout I ordered. Feel the Burn!

It happens! I learned the hard way to always 'fuel' my workouts. If I dont have a lot of time I will guzzle a protein shake on the way to the gym but I def always eat something with complex carbs and a good amount of protein before I work out. :-)

Ya! Definitely learned my lesson there. I will be grabbing a banana or something before i work out tomorrow. :]
