I've had to switch up my exercise a little bit, after rolling my left ankle for about the fourth or fifth time, which also simplified my goal to obtaining a deficit by the end of the day.
That being said, I'm hopeful yet skeptical of this size of this particular drop. If its accurate, this will be the first time I've been this low since joining FS in October 2011 (and likely the first time since middle school that I've seen that number).
Even if the drop turns out to be a fluke, however, I've still made progress. My weigh-in this time last year was 177.2, 12.4 lbs heavier than I am now. Reminders of where I've been and how far I've come has been a wonderful way to remain kind to myself, even in the face of a gain.
