so me and my husband as starting a new diet this month we are starting paleo diet and so far so good first time in my life my stomach has not hurt because of the food i am eating. Now it is time for me to start track what I eat and I am finding that harder to do then I would like to. I am studying to get my life and health insurance license while starting to work a full time job while starting to exercise daily and it all is a little stressful. you would think because I am on the computer 40% or more of my day you would think it would be easy to put down what I am eating. but somehow I just keep forgetting. so any tips on how to remember would be great. I am also hoping to get a treadmill here when my tax return comes it so that should help. I am also looking at learning to belly dance which should be fun.

just a thought when I'm super busy I prep all my meals and enter them in the morning. I never forget to eat lol but logging I forget.
