well here it is snowing once again so my exercise today was I rode my stationary bike for 10 min. at 13 mph which comes out to 1.8 miles so I know I need to keep working on that. I also shoveled snow for about 30 min and cleaned off my van so I could start it for a little. I inserted what I ate today and some of the fat grams don't match up with what is on the box but it is close enough. Well I will see if this diet is working on Monday when I go to the gastric bypass support group. I just need to get more exercising in and with this crazy weather I am getting stuck at home.I am proud of myself I had made brownies for my choco-a-holic boyfriend and after shoveling snow I was craving something sweet so instead of grabbing that piece of brownie I grabbed an Atkins Mudslide meal bar which is better that that brownie cuz now I can put off eating for a little while long and just eat a little supper
